FNP needed in Whitefield, NH

Position Overview

Join our team with two available positions in Whitefield, NH, and a split between Whitefield and Littleton, NH. This role offers 36 patient care hours and 4 administrative hours per week. We are looking for candidates who want to live and work in a rural area, thrive in a collaborative team environment, and possess high communication skills with both patients and staff. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting with a high volume practice is required.

Job Description

• Provide patient care in a rural setting with a focus on collaboration and communication
• Manage a high volume of patients while maintaining quality care

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $125,000 to $170,000 based on experience
• WRVU bonus potential paid out in salary the following year once target is hit, with a 50% payout of anything above
• CME time and money up to $4,000 and one week off
• Earned time off accrued for personal, sick, and vacation use; holiday bank of 6 days per year
• 403b retirement plan, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, and STD/LTD packages available
• Relocation assistance of up to $9,000 and rental assistance for the first 6 months (taxable), up to $10,000 for moving assistance
• Possibility of sign-on, commencement, or retention bonuses paid out in installments
• EMR system is Meditech Expanse with Dragon dictation
