    Residential Floating Therapist

    Join our team and make a difference in the mental health field! We have an opening for a Residential Floating Therapist to provide on-site clinical services for our Clear Vue RTH residential program half time in Springfield, Oregon, and provide half time Zoom-based services. This position provides clinical services and supervision for individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting.

    Job Description

    • Provide clinical services and supervision for individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting.
    • Assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to the residents.
    • Perform Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plans.
    • Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaise with other community providers.
    • Be accessible by phone for emergency purposes.
    • Receive crisis de-escalation training, which requires performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques.

    Work Schedule

    • Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Full Time, Day).

    Compensation

    • $6,250 - $7,250 per month DOE/Credentials.
    • Additional 5% Language Differential offered for bilingual or multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).

    Pay Scale

    • Unlicensed: $6,250 - $6,750 per month
    • Professional Oregon Mental Health License: $6,750 - $7,250 per month

    About the Program

    Clear Vue (established 2015) is a 5-bed Residential Treatment Home that serves individuals who have a mental illness and are under the jurisdiction of the Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB). Zoom-based float work may include Residential Treatment Homes, Residential Treatment Facilities, Secure Residential Treatment Facilities, or Supportive Housing programs.

    ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.

    Requirements

    • Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration. Eligibility requires:
      • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
      • Unlicensed Therapists must be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure.
      • Must also meet OAR requirement for QMHP by having completed two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.

    If not already registered as a QMHP through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO), we will assist you in registering within 30 days of hire.

    Successful applicants must have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.

    Physical Requirements

    This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds.
