Dignity Health Medical Group is actively seeking highly patient-centric physicians to join the Family Medicine Department at our Paradise Valley Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona.

Job Description

• Outpatient only
• Monday to Friday, no evenings or weekends
• Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular days
• Call is 1:8 or 9
• 36 patient-facing hours, 4 admin hours
• Average 18-24 patients per day
• Excellent Behavioral Health resources
• Academic appointment at Creighton University School of Medicine, Phoenix, open rank based on prior experience and academic output
• Teaching medical students, Physician Assistant students, and other learners
• Opportunities to get involved in both sponsor and investigator-initiated research projects

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board-certified/board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Completion of an ACGME accredited residency
• A passion for providing clinically excellent care
• Must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure
• Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
