    Job Description

    • As a Gastroenterology PA with us, you will receive a base salary of $152,345 plus an incentive plan.
    • You will also receive a $6,374 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance.
    • Additional benefits include CME funds, flexible time away, and a generous 401(k) with match.
    • An Advanced Practice Provider assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.
    • A Nurse Practitioner assumes responsibility and accountability for rapid assessment, nursing diagnosis, and works with MD partners to assure safe patient diagnostic testing and optimal plan of care.
    • A Physician Assistant assumes responsibility and accountability for comprehensive care, support, and education to patients and their families through all aspects of their medical care process.

    Requirements

    • Nurse Practitioner Requirements:

      • 1 year of experience in a clinical or advanced practice setting preferred.
      • Master’s degree in nursing as Nurse Practitioner.
      • Registered Nurse Practitioner Licensure for; and listed on the state Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Registry required.
      • Board certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in applicable population foci and/or subspecialty required.
      • RN License required.
      • BLS from the American Heart Association required.
      • ACLS from the American Heart Association required.
      • Have Prescriptive Authority (RXN) or have Provisional Prescriptive Authority (RXN-P), if applicable for role with associated articulated plan.
    • Physician Assistant Requirements:

      • Two years prior experience in surgery (if applicable).
      • Master’s graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program required.
      • PA Certification by N.C.C.P.A. and current mid-level provider license by the state of Colorado required.
      • BLS from the American Heart Association required.
      • ACLS from the American Heart Association may be required.
      • Physical Requirements - Medium Work (Exert up to 50 lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly).
