    Physical Therapy Assistant

    Join a team recognized as being a Top 10 Rehab hospital in the state of California. This position offers the flexibility of a per-diem schedule, allowing you to learn underneath our Physical Therapists while assisting in the care of patients.

    Job Description

    • Assist in the care of patients, performing procedures and treatments that restore function, relieve pain, and prevent permanent disability.
    • Work with clinicians to support patients and implement care plans efficiently.
    • Organize patient care and discharge planning.

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required.
    • Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant degree program.
    • PTA - State of California Physical Therapist Assistant License required.
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required.
