Job Description
- $20,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment to the role. Open to external applicants who have not been previously employed by CMC in the last rolling 9 months.
- Full-time status (0.8-1.0 FTE) with 12-hour shifts starting at 1900.
- Schedule includes three 12-hour shifts weekly, every third weekend, and holidays by rotation.
- The RN utilizes the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care of patients from admission to discharge or transfer.
- Provides expert care and education to patients in the clinical setting, acts as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel.
- Manages patient loads within assigned timelines.
Requirements
- Current state RN license
- Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
- BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire
- ACLS and NRP are required within six months of hire
- One year of inpatient L&D experience
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- Three to five years of L&D, high-risk L&D, or charge nursing experience
- RNC-OB and/or RNC-EFM Certification
- AWHONN FHM and STABLE within the first year
