FFT delivers innovative and evidence-based therapy/care to children and teens in foster care toward stable and successful permanency. Through teamwork and with weekly coaching and supervision, you will grow in confidence and build strong clinical foundations as you provide therapeutic support to both the foster family and the birth family or other permanency resource. This position offers flexible hours (40 hours/weekly) as well as a competitive salary and benefits.

Job Description

• Provide therapeutic support to children and teens in foster care
• Collaborate with foster families and birth families or other permanency resources
• Participate in weekly coaching and supervision to enhance clinical skills

Requirements

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or other related field
• At least 1 year of experience working with behavioral health service delivery to children, adolescents, and families
• Experience working with the foster care population is preferred
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
