Job Description

• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, weekends, days
• Must have a minimum of 1 year post-residency experience and an active unrestricted DEA
• Will see acute care patients such as back pain, headache, bronchitis, UTI, sprains, fever, influenza
• Must be AOA or ABMS - ABEM, ABFM, ABIM, ABP board certified
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
