Job Description

• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, Flexible
• Need 2 days per week (prefer Mon/Tues or Tues/Wed every other week or can be flexible)
• 4 - 6 cases per day
• Prostate artery embolization, genicular artery embolization, uterine fibroid embolization
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
