Requirements

• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• ACLS and BLS needed
• Need 2 - 3 days per week (Tues, Thurs and some Wednesdays)
• General surgery, bariatric, plastic, cosmetic & must have ASC experience
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
