Job Description:

• Work a flexible schedule; 4-5 day work week in Mesa
• Shared phone-only call 4 times per year; fully outpatient
• $235k - $245k+ base with a 20% annual bonus (plus much more)
• Join an established team of physicians and providers
• See 20+ patients per day in the office
• Practice preventive medicine for the community of families in Arizona
