Job Description

• Loan repayment available for this hospital-employed position
• Life insurance, medical benefits, and a 401(k) with a 3.5% match
• CME offered; vacation/holiday time provided
• Must be board certified or board eligible
• Provider needs to be comfortable with C-sections and vaginal deliveries
• Monday through Friday work schedule from 8 am - 5 pm
• FM physician with OB preferred but will consider an FM physician with experience in OB
• 3 hours from Chicago, Illinois
