Job Description

• Seeking a team-player provider who wants to effect change and grow in all aspects
• See 16 - 20 patients per day
• Work week consists of five 8-hour or four 10-hour days, typically no call
• Outpatient clinic with state-of-the-art isokinetic testing and specialized-trained rehab therapists
• Loan repayment of $30k for 5 years
• Production, quality, value-based, and sign-on bonuses
• Full medical, life, disability, and malpractice with tail insurances; 401(k) and 457(b) retirement
• Will consider PGY-3 residents
