Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants

Location: Illinois

A Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join their growing team. You will enjoy working in this diverse and dynamic community.

Job Description:

• Full or Part-Time, permanent position
• Open to both NPs and PAs - Experienced NPs preferred
• M-F Schedules OR 3 days per week (Mon - Wed or Thurs - Sat)
• Medicare patient population
