Requirements

• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days
• ACLS and BLS required
• Needs to be able to work a minimum of 1 week a month
• General, plastics, GYN, GI, ortho, interventional radiology, ophthalmology, and urology
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
