NP needed in South Dakota for Urgent Care coverage CPH# JOB-

Nurse Practitioner

Location: South Dakota

Job Description:

• Three 12-hour shifts with every 3rd weekend
• High volume split between 2-3 providers
• Mainly adults with some peds and geriatrics

Requirements:

• Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and SD state license
• 2 years experience required
• Comfortable with family practice, UC/ED experience needed
• Skills in splinting, suturing, I&D abscess
• Simple skin biopsy or excision, foreign body removal
• Interpretation of ECG, X-Ray, and lab testing
• ACLS and BLS

Support Staff:

• 2-3 providers per shift
• 2-3 nurses
• 1 lab assistant
• 1 Rad Tech
• 1-2 Patient Access Specialists
