Provider for Skilled Nursing Facility

We are looking for a provider to assist with coverage starting ASAP at a skilled nursing facility in Washington. This facility uses the Rehab Optima system and has a 90% productivity expectation. Job Description

• ASAP start date
• Monday - Friday, 32 hours guaranteed
• EMR: Rehab Optima
• SNF experience preferred, new grads accepted
• 90% productivity standard must be met for guaranteed hours

Compensation

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
