We are looking for a provider to assist with coverage starting in December at a skilled nursing facility in California. This facility has a 90% productivity expectation.

Job Description:

• ASAP Start Date
• Monday - Friday, 6 - 8 hours a day, 36 hours per week guaranteed
• Less than 1 year of experience required
• 90% productivity expectation

Compensation:

Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines.
