Physical Therapist

Hospital-based mixed setting seeking Physical Therapist coverage for 3 months. The ideal start date is 2/17. Schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm, and 40 hours are guaranteed per week. EPIC and Casamba experience is a plus. Client prefers 1+ years' outpatient experience. Job Description

• Mixed setting, primarily outpatient but cross-train to SNF for potential assistance if needed
• EPIC, Casamba EMR
• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm, 40 hours per week guaranteed
• 1+ years' outpatient experience preferred

Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment.
