Job Title: Skilled Nursing Facility Provider

Location: Nevada

Job Description:

• ASAP Start Date
• Monday - Friday, 32 hours per week guaranteed
• Work within a skilled nursing facility
• Utilize the Rehab Optima system

Requirements:

• Less than 1 year of experience required
• SNF experience preferred
• Rehab Optima experience preferred
• 90% productivity expectation

Compensation:

Provider compensation is based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may be influenced by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to a taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines.
