Provider for Skilled Nursing Facility

We are looking for a provider to assist with coverage starting ASAP at a skilled nursing facility in Minnesota. This facility has an 85% productivity expectation. If you're interested in this position, one of our recruiters can work with you to obtain the appropriate state license.

Job Description

• ASAP start date
• Monday-Friday, weekends may be required, 36 hours/week guaranteed
• SNF experience preferred
• Ambitious new grads considered

• Float to nearby facilities as needed

Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines.
