Job Description

• 100% outpatient
• Make an impact in the lives of the patients you work with
• Practice primary care for HIV+ patients
• Manage common primary care conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and COPD
• Monday through Friday work schedule from 8 am - 5 pm
