We are looking for a provider to assist with coverage starting in January at a skilled nursing facility in Wyoming. This facility uses the Rehab Optima system and has a 90% productivity expectation. Please reach out today for more information!

Job Description

• ASAP start date
• Monday - Friday, day shift, 32 hours per week guaranteed
• Rehab Optima experience preferred
• Less than 1 year of experience required
• SNF experience preferred
• New graduates will be considered
• 90% productivity expectation

Compensation

From $1820.00 to $3413.00 weekly. Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines.
