Job Title: Home Health Therapist

Location: Virginia

Job Description:

• Treat an adult and geriatric population
• See 5-6 patients per day
• Work Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
• Use EMR: HCHB

Requirements:

• Candidates with home health experience are desired
• Must start ASAP
