Radiology Physician Assistant

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Radiology team for a flexible, part-time role. The position is based onsite in Winchester, KY, and requires working one week per month (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST). This role is focused on performing procedures in the radiology department, and no RVU requirement is associated with the position.

Job Description

• Perform various radiology procedures, including:
  • Fluoroscopy procedures (BE, UGI, Mod BAS, SMB, etc.)
  • Paracentesis and Thoracentesis
  • Chest Tube Placements
  • CT Biopsy (Kidney, bone, liver, lung, etc.)
  • US Biopsy / Aspiration (excluding breast)
  • Myelograms and Spinal Punctures
  • Arthrograms (hip, shoulder, wrist, knee)
  • Fluoroscopy-guided Aspirations
  • CT-guided Drain Tube Placements
  • Fluoroscopy-guided G-Tube Placements
  • Tunnel Caths and Trialysis Caths
• Utilize Powerscribe 4.0 for documentation

Requirements

• Licensure: Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Experience: Experience in performing the above radiology procedures preferred
• Certification: Applicable certifications as required for the NP or PA role
• Ability to work one week per month, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
