Locums Urologist Opportunity

Join our team in Bismarck, ND, for a locums Urologist position. We are seeking two Urologists for clinic and call coverage starting May 1, 2025, with ongoing coverage needed. The ideal provider will be comfortable performing TRUS prostate biopsies without an ultrasound tech, with RN support available.

Job Description

• Provide clinic and call coverage
• Perform TRUS prostate biopsies without an ultrasound tech
• Manage a clinic volume of 30 patients per day, with 5 in-clinic procedures
• Handle typically 4 scheduled surgeries on surgery days, with 1-3 emergent stone cases expected

Schedule & Call Requirements

• Shift Type: Days
• Weekend Requirements: Weekend & night call
• On-Call: Weekend call required

Compensation & Rate Caps

• Hourly Rate: $285/hour
• Nightly Call: $600/night (includes 2.5 gratis hours)
• Daily On-Call Rate: Up to $2,700 (includes 4 gratis hours)
• Call Back Rate: $285/hour (after gratis hours)

• No robotics
• Minimal hospital rounding required (post-op patients only)
