Job Description

• Provide direct care to residents, assisting with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming, in line with individualized Care Plans.
• Deliver compassionate care to residents with therapeutic, neurological, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care needs.
• Support residents' mobility and comfort, ensuring all safety measures are followed.
• Collaborate with the Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary team to ensure residents' needs are met.
• Foster positive interactions with residents, families, and staff to maintain a supportive environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, adhering to facility policies and Care Plans.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Active CNA certification from a state-approved training program required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
