Job Description

• Deliver resident-centered care, including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming, as outlined in each Care Plan.
• Assist residents with mobility and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Work collaboratively with the Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary team to maintain a supportive care environment.
• Provide care tailored to residents with therapeutic, neurological, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care needs.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support resident well-being.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Active CNA certification from a State-approved program required.
• Documentation of certification must be provided at the time of application.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
