Job Description

• Provide nursing care to residents with diverse needs, including therapeutic, neurological, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring proper documentation and resident safety.
• Monitor residents' conditions and collaborate with the Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary team to address care needs.
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being.
• Assist in implementing and following individualized Care Plans.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and resident care standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet resident and facility needs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania, in good standing.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
