Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team. Currently considering Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) candidates at this time. Pay is dependent on experience!

Job Description:

• Possess superior nursing, communication, and leadership skills
• Have deep knowledge and experience with patient care and Medicare certification requirements and compliance
• Work with the Administrator to create a culture of informed, accountable care putting clinicians in a position to succeed
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians
• Hire, educate, mentor, and support a team of clinical resources able to support the agency's mission
• Develop, implement, and maintain Clinical Services policies, procedures, and standards
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies & procedures
• Effectively oversee the management of patient care and the associated clinical staff (RN, LPN, CNA, etc.) in the field

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing with an unencumbered RN License, or LPN License
• Must be able to practice as a nurse in the State of CO
• Skilled Nursing facility experience is strongly preferred
• 4 years of experience leading clinical organizations in a rehab facility, SNF, or a closely related field
• Must be available to work in the office and available as a back-up nurse when needed - this is NOT a remote position

Job Type:

Compensation:

• Pay: $30.25 - $45.00 per hour

Experience:

• Skilled nursing facility: 1 year (Required)
• Nurse supervisor: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• RN or LPN License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Grand Junction, CO: Relocate before starting work (Required)
