Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)

Job Description:

• Part of a multidisciplinary team caring for critically ill patients in Hospital ICUs
• Responsibilities include daily rounds, management of critical illnesses, common bedside procedures, ventilator management, ICU admissions, and critical care consults
• Bed flow management
• Participate in the Medical Emergency Team and respond to all emergencies within the hospital
• Role includes rotational day, night, and weekend responsibilities across three hospitals

Requirements:

• Motivated, confident, compassionate, and patient-focused
• Prior experience and strong interest in critical care medicine preferred
• Organization, flexibility, adaptability, and strong time management skills are highly desirable
