Primary Care Physician Assistant

Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute care.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and continuous care.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventative care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines.
- Foster a culturally sensitive environment to meet the needs of a diverse patient population, with a focus on Spanish-speaking individuals when applicable.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
