• Employed position
• Market area 30,000 population
• Call schedule proportional for all physicians
• 99 bed facility, community-owned
• In-patient mental health unit
• New ICU
• EICU 2 beds
• Filmless imaging
• Electronic medical record
• Diverse medical staff allows patients to stay close to home for most services
• Average 300 deliveries per year
• EPA manages ER 24/7, physicians can moonlight for EPA
• Dialysis units
• Hospitalist program will be available but not required to use
