Family Medicine Physician Assistant

Location: Just outside of Salem, OR

Job Description:

• Care for a full spectrum of primary care concerns on a given day
• See a panel of families and individuals with a full spectrum of heart care, from birth to acute concerns and chronic illness
• Number of patients seen per day:
• EMR is EPIC
• Scheduled shifts: 4 days/week with patients; 1 administrative day/week
• Each clinic includes a medical assistant, behavioral health clinicians, and community health workers
