    Job Description:

    • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
    • Traditionalist with paid time off
    • Responsible for providing inpatient and outpatient Nephrology consults and follow-up for patients with acute, chronic, and end-stage kidney disease; and fluid, electrolyte, and acid-base disorders.
    • Develops treatment plans, including dialysis (hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy).
    • Rounds on hospitalized patients, follows up with patients in clinics, transcribes prescription medications, enters requests for consultative services, provides diet instructions, and makes other physician-driven decisions.
