OB/GYN Provider

Location: Chinle, Arizona

Job Description:

• Responsibilities include clinic duties and call coverage in a 60-bed IHS facility
• Provide comprehensive care in a full-scope OB/GYN practice
• Work within a supportive team that includes Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs), Medical Assistants (MAs), and emergency room (ER) staff
• Ensure well-rounded patient care through both clinic and on-call services

Assignment Details:

• Dates Needed: 02/01/2025 to 04/30/2025
• Call Ratio/Schedule: 1:4
• Case Load/PPD: 12 - 16 patients per day
• Shift Type: Day Shift; Night Shift; 24-Hour Call
• Assignment Type: Clinic; OR; Full Scope
• Assignment Duration: Locums
• Call Required: Yes

• Board Certification: Negotiable
