Location: Portsmouth, VA 23704
Job Description:
- Provide services to the caseload in a clinic setting.
- Conduct initial clinical assessments and update them annually using tools like VB-MAPP or ABLLS-R.
- Develop comprehensive Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) within 30 days of service authorization.
- Conduct ISP review meetings at least monthly.
- Develop data collection methods to track progress and make necessary changes to interventions or goals.
- Provide ongoing training for parents, caregivers, and staff.
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians weekly.
- Complete insurance Service Requests for Authorizations (SRAs).
- Conduct care coordination with other service providers.
