    Job Description:

    • Provide services to the caseload in a clinic setting.
    • Conduct initial clinical assessments and update them annually using tools like VB-MAPP or ABLLS-R.
    • Develop comprehensive Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) within 30 days of service authorization.
    • Conduct ISP review meetings at least monthly.
    • Develop data collection methods to track progress and make necessary changes to interventions or goals.
    • Provide ongoing training for parents, caregivers, and staff.
    • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians weekly.
    • Complete insurance Service Requests for Authorizations (SRAs).
    • Conduct care coordination with other service providers.
