We are searching for a BC/BE Pediatrician to work as a full-time Pediatric Hospitalist in Bethel, Alaska. The Staff Physician is an employee working under the supervision of the Medical Director, who is, in turn, supervised by the Clinical Services Administrator.

• Starting salary for a three-year contract with retention and annual performance bonuses:
  • Guaranteed base annual salary of $231,248.00
  • Retention bonus: Years 1 & 2 at 7%: $18,287.36; Year 3 at 9.1%: $23,773.57
  • Annual performance bonus: $75,000 (paid out quarterly)
• Sign-on bonus: $50,000 for a three-year contract
• Relocation incentive: Individual relocation $15,000, Family relocation $20,000
