    Physical Therapist

    Continuum Rehab Group provides in-house therapy with Skilled Nursing facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana, and Missouri!

    Job Description:

    • Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
    • Provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
    • Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
    • Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
    • Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.

    Requirements:

    • Must have graduated from an accredited University and have a valid (or in process) License in the appropriate state.
    • This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

    Professional Development:

    • Free CEUs with CEU360.
    • Licensure Reimbursement (after 1 year of employment).
