Job Description

• Monitor and manage the problems and conditions associated with obesity
• Engage patients in the multidisciplinary service model offered by CoreLife
• Lead a care team of a dietitian, exercise trainer, and other clinicians
• Provide services consistent with accepted standards of medical practice and reasonable productivity standards adopted by MedStar Health and CoreLife leadership

Requirements

• Experience as a nurse practitioner
