Job Description

• Deliver outstanding patient care, fostering loyalty and trust in the community.
• Help patients stay on track with programs like Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx.
• Ensure efficient daily pharmacy operations, including prescription fulfillment and consultations.
• Build strong partnerships with Long Term Care (LTC) facilities to meet their unique needs.
• Identify growth opportunities in LTC and Specialty Pharmacy, sharing insights with marketing teams.
• Dispense medications and provide exceptional clinical pharmacy services to patients.

Requirements

• Current or eligible Pharmacy License with no federal sanctions.
• PharmD or MTM Certification with an ACPE-approved course completion certificate.
• Current Immunization and CPR certifications.
• NPI Number.
