Job Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Dispense medications accurately and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Administer immunizations in accordance with state guidelines.
• Oversee Pharmacy Technicians and Interns to maintain a high-functioning team.
• Conduct clinical services and compound medications with precision.
• Monitor and ensure quality assurance, controlled substance security, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or recognized foreign equivalent.
• Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to handle confidential information.
