Springfield Neurological Institute is a leading neurosurgical healthcare practice currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Neurosurgical Team in Springfield, Missouri.

Our growing team includes nine Neurosurgeons, an Interventional Neuroradiologist, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners. With more than 230 years of combined experience, we have built a first-class reputation for delivering high-quality care to patients throughout the region. This position offers a consistent schedule working alongside an experienced and collaborative provider group.

Job Description

• Outpatient clinic management
• Inpatient hospital rounding and patient management
• Surgical first assist for a wide range of neurosurgical procedures
• Coordination of care with other clinical teams
• Serving as a preceptor for students
• Participation in leadership activities as needed

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Shared 1:9 call rotation
• 24-hour call coverage including weekdays and weekends

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Graduate degree from an accredited PA or NP program is required
