• Work at our beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility with Assisted Living
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals
• Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being
• Create personalized treatment plans for patients
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes
• Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques
• Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies

• Valid State PT License
