    Associate Wellness Director (LPN/RN)

    Creekside (independent living, assisted living, memory care) provides care for residents and their families all over the region, including Mount Vernon, Sedro-Wooley, Anacortes, Bay View, and Whitney.

    As an Associate Wellness Director (LPN or RN), you'll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

    Job Description

    • Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
    • Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines
    • Assist in training and monitoring of medication care administration
    • Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
    • Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care
    • Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention
    • Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living

    Requirements

    • Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) certification
    • Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
    • Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents, and their families
    • Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
    • Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    • Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

    Compensation

    $80,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience.
