Travel Physical Therapist

A Travel Physical Therapist or Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) is needed for our Outpatient Orthopedic Sports Medicine Practice in Freehold, NJ, which treats an active and general orthopedic patient population. 40 hours guaranteed for 36 hours worked. Paid lunch breaks. Travel take home: $2100-$2300 net (after tax take home) per week. Local travel rates: $57-$63 per hour with 40 hours guaranteed, first-day health benefits. First-day health/dental/vision benefits. $1200 Con Ed package. 40 hours per week guaranteed. 1:1 treatments, 60 min eval, 30 min follow-up treatments. 50-55 patient visits per week.

Job Description

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic sports medicine setting
• Ensure 1:1 treatments with a focus on quality care
• Manage a caseload of 50-55 patient visits per week

Requirements

• Masters and Doctorate of Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited physical therapy program approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association
• State licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee
• At least 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience; new grads with 1 clinical in outpatient will be considered
• Current CPR certificate

Schedule

• 10-hour shift
• 4x10 or 5x8 schedules available
• Monday to Friday, no weekends
