Experienced RN - Registered Nurse - Short Stay Unit

Job Description:

• Full-time, permanent position
• 12-hour shifts available: Days (6:30am - 6:30pm) or Nights (6:30pm - 6:30am)
• Pay Scale: $29/hr - $40/hr
• $15,000 Sign-on Bonus Offered
• Up to $10,000 in Relocation Assistance
• Willing to train! Short Stay experience is NOT required

Responsibilities:

• Quickly evaluate patients' conditions, prioritize cases based on severity, and perform initial medical assessments
• Administer immediate medical interventions to stabilize patients
• Work effectively alongside other healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, allied & support staff
• Maintain resourcefulness and respond calmly and professionally when dealing with difficult or emergency situations

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
• One year of nursing experience in medical/surgical or specialty clinical area preferred, but not required
• Current Montana state license as a Registered Nurse required
• Healthcare Provider CPR Certification required
• ACLS and PALS Certifications or the ability to obtain within one year of hire
• TNCC/ENPC required within two years of hire
• This job requires use of respiratory protection, which will require respirator fit testing and medical clearance to wear a respirator
