Job Description

• Work dates needed: Oct 2, 2023 - Ongoing; 20-25 shifts per month
• Preferred schedule: 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• Worksite setting: Hospital ED
• Scope of work:
  • Acuity of patients: 15% Resuscitation/Emergent, 50% Urgent, 35% Semi-Urgent/Non-Urgent
  • Yearly patient volume: Estimated 14,000 visits per year
  • Percent of admissions: 9.9% year to date
  • Percent of transfers: 3.9% year to date
• ER provider code response: ED providers do respond to inpatient codes, generally
• ABEM not required for this location

Requirements

• Active WI license or IMLC
• BC/BE
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
• AHA certification required by HCA
• EMR: Cerner
