Responsibilities:

• Provide primary and family evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling.
• Handle administrative duties such as clinic operations and patient follow-ups.
• Conduct routine examinations and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
• Encourage patient participation in health and well-being through screenings and wellness services.

Requirements:

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care including education on pregnancy and STI prevention.
• Administer immunizations and offer vaccine counseling.
• Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience.
• Complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
• Proficiency in additional languages may be required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification needed.
• Pass a FIT test and wear a respirator mask when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Student precepting rotation with MinuteClinic preferred for those with less than 1 year of experience.
• Epic experience preferred.

Education:

• Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license.

• Typical pay range: $46.03 - $99.14 per hour.
