Job Description:
- Increase access, lower costs, and improve quality of care.
- Advise on prescriptions and help manage chronic and specialty conditions.

- Manage patient safety, professional practice, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance.
- Oversee customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.
- Adopt and manage patient care programs.

- Lead with empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Motivate and develop Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments.
- Identify business opportunities and meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance.

Requirements:
- Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
- Listed on the pharmacy state license as the pharmacist in charge.
- Submission of required information/documents for state PMP access (where applicable).
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
Compensation and Benefits:
The typical pay range for this role is $65.00 - $81.00 per hour. The actual salary offer will depend on factors such as experience, education, and geography. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus or short-term incentive program.
